A Hamburg story
Since July 2011, echtasien has stood for fresh fish, honest Japanese-Asian cooking and the creative signature of our chefs. What began as a small neighbourhood spot in Winterhude is now a Hamburg fixture.
With our second house in Blankenese, above the Elbe and near the Treppenviertel, we brought our idea to one of the most beautiful spots in the city — with a sunny terrace for balmy evenings.
What has stayed the same over the years: the joy of hand-crafted sushi, of creative creations, and of guests who become regulars.
